The property is located among the hills that separate Umbria from Tuscany, just a short distance from the village of Villastrada, with a privileged view of Lake Chiusi and panoramic vistas extending as far as Montepulciano.

The location allows easy exploration of both regions, alternating days at Lake Trasimeno with excursions to surrounding villages, or trips to historic medieval cities such as Siena, Perugia, Orvieto, and Pienza.

To the north lies Castiglione del Lago, overlooking Lake Trasimeno, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy, with its Rocca del Leone, Palazzo della Corgna, and a historic center full of artisan shops and traditional restaurants.

Just a few minutes to the south, Chiusi tells a thousand-year-old story: once an ancient Etruscan capital, today it offers a fascinating journey through time between the underground “Città Sotterranea” and the Labyrinth of Porsenna.

Perugia is the heart of Umbria, where you can discover treasures such as Fontana Maggiore, Palazzo dei Priori, and the impressive Rocca Paolina.

Rome and Florence are also easily reachable by train from the nearby Chiusi station.
